-    Prepare all rental equipment for rent: clean, grease, fluids, fuel, tire
    condition and pressure.

-    Inspect rental equipment for proper operation.

-    It is the responsibility of this position to prioritize with the scheduling
    book, to have equipment ready for customers to pick up or for drivers
    to deliver.

-    Provide professional instruction to renters.

-    Coordinate with Rental Manager and fill out a “Request for Service”
    slip for equipment needing serviced by the Service Department.

-   Operates equipment in a safe and professional manner.

-   Other duties as assigned by the Rental Manager.

      COMPETENCY:

-  Complete understanding of equipment and attachments

-   Strong mechanical aptitude

-   Good communication skills.

      DISTRIBUTOR RELATIONSHIPS: Work with Service Department and other Rental 
                                                                          Department staff.

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Very Heavy

        - Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 100+ pounds and/or 
                                     frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50+ pounds and/or 
                                     continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20+ pounds.
         - Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or
                                     pull and lift objects.  Occasionally required to sit, climb and 
                                     balance, kneel,   stoop, couch, crawl, and lift.  Consistently
                                     exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
                  - Occasional to frequent walking or standing 
                                  - May be required to shovel
                                  - Hearing and speaking to exchange information
                                  - Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment
